Arbitration
By purchasing from us, you agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way toward your use of our products or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and SCH Healthcare agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
