Shipping Policy

At SCH Healthcare we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is verified. Orders with over 200 items may take 5–10 business days to process.

Shipping Times (U.S. Domestic)

• Standard Shipping (USPS): 1–4 business days

• Express Shipping (USPS Priority): 1–3 business days

Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Items will only be shipped once payment is verified.

Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, both you and your customer will receive a confirmation email with the order tracking code. Also, you can check the tracking code by visiting your Shopify account Orders page and clicking on the order in question.

Changing/Updating Delivery Address
Changing the delivery address is only possible within the first 2 hours of placing an order. Once the order status changes to "Accepted," the delivery address can not be updated..
